Terms of service
This is the serious part!
GENERAL
✧ I reserve the right to refuse any commission or cancel at any point before the sketching process is completed.
✧ You must be over the age of 18 years old to commission me.
✧ I will not draw in any other styles than my own. Please, check out my portfolio for examples of my recent work.
✧ Do not use my artworks for AI or NFT purposes.
✧ Split payments are available for commissions $100 USD and above; half payment up front and half payment after final approval.
✧ Do not make a payment before receiving your invoice. Any payment received prior will be refunded.
✧ You will be added to the queue only after full or half payment has been sent.
✧ If due to personal or technical reasons I cannot complete your commission in time, you will be informed as soon as possible. I can only provide a rough ETA of your commission.
✧ Submitting my Commission Form is equivalent to accepting my Terms of Service.
PROCESS
Please allow three to five business days after submitting this form for my response. After contact, I will send an invoice via e-mail where you can make your payment. Please do not make a payment before receiving your invoice as this is the best ways for me to keep track of all the commissions and their status.
Before I begin, I require full payment of commission to add yourself to the queue. I offer split payments for commissions $100 USD and above which I would require half payment of your commission up front to add yourself to the queue and the other half after final approval, before delivery. You will be placed in the queue upon payment as I receive them. For Rush orders, please reach out to me via email for acceptability and fees before making any payment.
I will work through the queue gradually, usually doing multiple sketches and outlines per day. *Please keep in mind, depending on the complexity of the request, your commission may take longer than others in the queue who came after.*
During the Sketching and Lining phases will be the best time to request any modifications as it will be more difficult later in the process. You will be provided with some work in progress (WIP) images for your review. Please provide clear, concise, and detailed feedback to ensure quicker turnaround times. I will allow two free revisions at each phase of the process; you can follow your commission's status here. Any changes beyond the allotted amount will be an additional fee of $15 USD/revision (max four revisions in total, including the free changes). Any structural changes to the design such as altering the line art after the Lining phase will incur additional charges based off the complexity of the revision. I will provide a quote first before revising your invoice.
After approving the final WIP, if there are any fees applied due to structural or extensive alterations, I will send a revised invoice via e-mail. The final product will be delivered upon complete payment of the commission, including any additional fees. If you are needing a rush order please discuss it with me beforehand to ensure that I can meet your deadline; there will be an additional fee charged for rush orders which we will discuss during contact.
PAYMENT & FEES
All prices and payments are in USD and invoices are sent via Paypal. If you are unable to use Paypal, you may make payment through my Ko-Fi Shop, or Stripe.
✧ You will be added to the queue upon complete payment of commission or half payment for commissions $100 USD and above; the other half payment will be required before delivery.
✧ Rush orders are available depending on acceptability such as the condition of the current queue times, the complexity of the request, and my availability.
✧ Fees for Rush orders vary based off the commission so please reach out to me before making any payments.
✧ THERE ARE NO RUSH ORDERS FOR PROMOTIONAL OR DISCOUNTED COMMISSIONS.
✧ For more alterations there will be a fee of $15 USD/revision. Max four revisions for each phase.
✧ Fees for any structural changes to the line art AFTER approving the Lining phase will vary based off the complexity of the revision but will be discussed prior to revising your invoice.
✧ You may purchase a commercial use license for 50% of the total commission price. For Commissions $400+ USD commercial use is included.
✧ If payment is not received within 72 hours of sending your invoice, your slot will be given away unless discussed prior.
I will inform you of any additional fees before charging them. Product will be delivered upon complete payment of the commission and including any addition fees that incurred.
RIGHTS & LICENSES
✧ All commissioned works are intended only for personal non-commercial use. You do not have the rights to use commissioned works for your profit (merchandise or resale) without my permission.
✧ You do not need to have commercial rights to use emotes and badges for Twitch, Discord etc., as this is their direct purpose and is not considered a sale.
✧ You are not permitted to use the artwork(s) for profiting from, advertising for, or using in relation to AI generated images, blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and related future inventions, or to provide it to anyone you know or should know would use it for the aforementioned activities.
✧ You or any other artists you commission have no rights to edit my work including YCHs and Giveaway/Raffle art. If you would like to edit something (change clothes, colors, etc.), you need to commission me again. I will, however, allow edits by you or any other artists to animate commissioned emotes or Discord sticker only.
✧ I have the right to share images of commissions for the purpose of promoting my business and showcasing my work and may also work on them while streaming. If you have a release date I need to wait for please disclose this when commissioning me, or when submitting for giveaway/free art.
✧ You must give me credit where appropriate such as attributing emotes to me on Twitch (@HunnyBundtz), linking any of my socials or my website under your panels of all streaming platforms you use with my artwork(s), and/or on your website and etc.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY OF MY COMMISSIONS. I will offer a 75% refund only for requests prior to receiving the first sketch.
The process
This is the fun part!
GETTING STARTED!
First thing first, please fill out my commission form with your contact info, preferred method of communication, and a brief detail of your request. You may include as many references as you can and I highly recommend that you do as it helps with the commission process.
Once you have submitted the form please allow three to five business days for me to respond back. I will be contacting you based off your preferred method of communication. (However, Your invoice & delivery of product will be done via email.)
After contacting you, I will email your invoice of the total commission cost which you will be able to use to make your payment.
Payment
I require full payment of the commission to add yourself to the queue. I offer split payments for commissions $100 USD and above; half payment will be required to be added to the queue and the other half will be required before delivery. You will be placed in the queue upon payment as I receive them.

Queue
Once I receive your payment, you will be placed in the queue. You can view your status in the queue by visiting my Trello.
You can also check on commission slots availability and current turnaround times (CTAT may update bi-weekly) for your desired commissions.
Sketching & Lining PHASE
Once I begin your commission, I will start the sketching process. I will provide work in progress (WIP) images for your review. Please provide clear, concise, and detailed feedback to ensure quicker turnaround times. I allow two free revisions for each phase, any more alterations will incur a fee of $15 USD/revision; max four revisions for each phase including the free ones.
During the Sketching and Lining phase will be the best time to request any structural modifications as it will be more difficult later in the process and may incur additional fees.
Color & Shading phase
Afterwards, I will clean up the line art and begin the Color and Shading phase. I will update you with WIPs through your preferred method of communication. You can typically still request minor changes during this time, such as color corrections, adding minor details, etc. but bare in mind, any structural changes to the line art after the Lining phase will incur additional fees based off the difficulty of the revision. I will also inform you of this before continuing.
Final WIP Update
I will send you a final update on or before the due date of your commission for any last minute changes. Keep in mind that any structural and/or extensive alterations will incur additional fees and the due date will subsequently be extended to accommodate the modifications.
After approving the final WIP, I will send an invoice via email which will include the remainder of what’s owed of the total commission for those who made half payments and all additional fees. The Final Product will be delivered upon complete payment of the commission, including any additional fees.

I will deliver the final Product directly to your e-mail address
which will be in a compressed zip file as either an attachment or a Google Drive link.
You should receive an e-mail within 24 hours of approving the final WIP / Update.
🛑 PLEASE be aware that I DO NOT keep finished commissions for longer than a month, this is to save storage. It is not my responsibility for any loss. 🛑
